Our rates start at $225/week. The pricing varies by type and size of suite. The first week is free and you also receive an additional free week every 90 days. All utilities are included in your rate, making budgeting simple and predictable for your beauty business.

Unlike traditional salon chair rentals, our private salon suites gives hairstylists and beauty pro’s a fully private, secure, and customizable space designed to reflect their personal brand. Set your own pricing, create your own schedule, and deliver a personalized client experience while enjoying the freedom of salon ownership without the high overhead costs of operating a full salon.

Yes, of course! However, painting must be completed by Avena’s maintenance team and approved through Avena management.

Absolutely! Avena allows you to share your hair salon space with another professional. We have double suites available, which makes our salon perfect for stylists who want to split costs, work part-time, or collaborate with other hair professionals while maintaining their creative independence and client relationships.
